Darius Consulting does not guarantee the integrity of disks or drives being serviced, nor does Darius Consulting, guarantee the integrity of data copied from disk to tape, or disk to any other means possible. It is the responsibility of the user/owner of the system to be certain that backup data is available. Should a data problem arise, the user/owner shall hold Darius Consulting blameless.
All service calls are billed at a minimum of 1 hour service and one-way travel time. Emergency calls and same day service calls are billed at 1 1/2 times the current rate. Hours worked in excess of 10 hours will be billed at 1 1/2 times the current rate. Service calls starting before 8:00AM or after 5:00PM will have a 25% surcharge. Weekend rates are billed at 2 times the current rate.
